This secure web-based service allows authorized personnel to read, evaluate, and score a student’s application, see related materials such as transcripts and letters of recommendation, and view the comments and scores of other reviewers. Admit provides the convenience of 24/7 accessibility and eliminates paper waste, circulation time, and the risk of lost documents.
With the Admit Application Evaluation System you can:
- Centralize the application viewing and evaluation process – the system ensures that all authorized viewers see and comment on a single set of application materials for each applicant
- Eliminate filing, copying, and hand circulating of applications – your school saves time, paper and energy
- Encourage collaboration – all reviewers' comments and applicant scores are visible to authorized viewers to facilitate collaborative decision-making
- Import data such as test scores from your SIS via XML to update applications in the Admit system
- Fully integrate the Admit system with CollegeNET Contact Management, Application Processing, and Applicant Portal tools you may already be using.
- Control viewer access – you can specify who is permitted to view and/or evaluate which applications
- Provide multiple review rounds and side-by-side comparisons of applications
- Automatically sort applications and create application pools – Admit automatically routes each application to the appropriate department or group on your campus
- Configure features to meet your needs – reviewers can easily locate individual applications using filtered search and other functions, according to your specifications
